Phil Shellhammer is the Executive Director of the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Arkansas, where he supports students, faculty, and the Arkansas community through entrepreneurial education and mentorship. He has mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs across industries like outdoor recreation, healthcare, retail, and emerging technologies. With a background in corporate leadership at Sam’s Club, Best Buy, and Procter & Gamble and his own personal experience as a serial entrepreneur, he combines executive expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial practice to guide startups from ideation to launch.
